Garrett Williams is a Program Development Manager at The Challenge Program, Inc., where he builds school-to-career partnerships that strengthen Western Pennsylvania communities. He has a background in finance and marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, and brings a deep passion for youth development, literacy, and relationship building.

Earlier in his career, Garrett served as a volunteer with WVU’s Energy Express, a statewide summer reading and nutrition program focused on combating the literacy gap in rural communities. That experience helped shape his commitment to educational equity and continues to influence his outreach work today. He has also held roles in development, event operations, and community engagement across Pittsburgh’s nonprofit sector.
